I hate my parents sometimes... They say stuff they dont mean not thinking of whether it would hurt if they said it. Do they even remember what ti was like to be a kid? Do they remember the pain that you go through when their parents say such painful things to you without a second glance.

"You need to improve yourself." "This is the reason you cant succeed" "Why are you like this?" These words have so far made up half of my life, and I have to say if their main goal was to give me an inferiority complex well congratu-fricken-lations youve succeeded mom and dad. "If you lost a little wieght you would be so pretty" Does that mean I'm not pretty now? "Why do you talk in such a way?" Its my personality and you raised me so dont be dissatisfied with what you created.

I especially hate when they compare you to your siblings or tell them your faults suggesting something humiliating, do they not understand? Have they forgotten that their children have feelings to? Wow way to make me feel like shit mom and dad, youve succeded in releasing yet another psychopathic child into the room. "Why dont you have your younger sister help you?" "Your sister got a D in her last report so dont be like her." Wow mom and dad you suck at motivation.

I wonder if all self esteem stems from what your parents say to you because in my case thats definitely it, wow mom and dad no wonder I'm so screwed, up "Negative reinforcement is good" "All I say is correct" no wonder teens hate their parents if this isall parent spout its not a wonder why most kids resolve to run the hell away. who purposely impales themself like that?

"When a parent says they love you does that mean 'do as I say'"? asks my sister one day who coincidently and you know what I reply..... Hell yes!

I wonder if parents realize that even though their children pretend not to hear what they say children in fact treasure the parents word more then anything... I'm fed up with the retard treatment and the being looked down on I hate it and I'm sure they hated it as well. PARENTS SUCK!
